Representation of IESA SAS and DARIAH-SK at the DARIAH Annual Event 2026 in Rome
At the end of May, the DARIAH Annual Event 2026 took place in Rome. The Slovak consortium DARIAH-SK, coordinated by the Institute of Ethnology and Social Anthropology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (IESA SAS), was represented by National Coordinator Andrej Gogora from the Department of Research Collections of IESA SAS.
As part of the program, he attended the National Coordinators Committee meeting. He presented the current activities and plans of the DARIAH-SK national node, managed by IESA SAS, to representatives of the European member countries. Another point on his agenda was participation in an expert workshop organized by the DARIAH Research Data Management Working Group.
The international event also provided an opportunity for working meetings and networking activities. These were primarily focused on developing and exploring cooperation possibilities in the field of digital humanities within the V4 region.
