Martina Wilsch attends the first meeting of COST Action JAMM in Brussels
On 14 October 2026, the inaugural Management Committee meeting of the new COST Action CA25169 JAMM – Justice, Arts, Memory, Migration: Creating Solidarities across Borders took place, marking the official launch of the Action. The Action will run until 13 October 2030.
The meeting was attended in person by our colleague Martina Wilsch, a member of the Action’s Management Committee. Her research has long focused on migration, recently also including participatory research and questions of epistemic inequality.
COST Action JAMM responds to the epistemic inequality that participatory arts-based research still faces in migration, diversity and cultural heritage studies. The network aims to connect these approaches and give them a firmer place in both research and public policy.
