Elena Marushiakova and Veselin Popov are part of the program committee for the international conference ‘Collective memory, memory politics and contemporary identities in the context of local, regional and global conflicts and alliances’, which is taking place from January 16 to 19, 2025, in Ohrid, Macedonia.
Tomorrow, they will present a paper titled Hungarian-speaking Roma in Transcarpathia and their Identities, which is part of the VEGA project Identity of Roma in Transcarpathia: Past and Present.
