International Project – Doctoral Network in CEE within SSH
The Presidium of the Slovak Academy of Sciences approved (Resolution No. 1039.C, October 10, 2024) the international project of the Institute of Ethnology and Social Anthropology (IESA SAS, Bratislava, Slovakia) and the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IAE PAS, Warsaw, Poland) titled Cultural Anthropology and Interdisciplinary Social Research from Central and Eastern Europe – Doctoral Network Preparation, submitted under the joint projects of SAS–PAS (Warsaw, Poland) for the period 2025–2026.
The project aims to create a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network (MSCA DN) programme in cultural anthropology and interdisciplinary social research for Central and Eastern Europe. The project will be based on the institutes of the respective academies of sciences in Central and Eastern Europe, where cultural anthropology or ethnology is studied. The project’s principal investigators are: T. Zachar Podolinská (IESA SAS) and Agnieszka Halemba (IAE PAN, Poland).
