- Kristína Žilinčárová studied Aesthetics at the Faculty of Arts, Comenius University. Her diploma thesis focused on the representation of the delimitation of the animal and the human in selected performative works. She has been a horse girl since childhood – her experiences with horses prompted subsequent professional interest in interspecies communication and more-than-human worlds. Her dissertation examines interspecies relationships in horse logging communities in Slovakia using methods of sensory ethnography.
