The Book of Abstracts of the DESIRE International Conference is published
On November 3rd, 2022, the conference “Age-Friendly Environment” took place at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovakia, coorganised also by our Institute and our colleagues, Soňa G. Lutherová and Ľubica Voľanská. The aim of the conference was to generate debate around Design for All and the importance of adapting environments to the needs of older adults. All the partners of DESIRE were speakers at that conference and now, the Book of Abstract has been published!
You can learn more about person-centred ageing processes, active and healthy living, Smart Healthy Age-Friendly Environments (SHAFE) and how ageing impacts design and is impacted by it. A plate full of interesting knowledge and an appetizer for the DESIRE e-learning platform, almost ready to use!!
