The process of aging is a development process at a high complexity level. It concerns all age categories in a population. in the process of aging, proportion of the elderly grows, motivating change in design of the social sphere, in formal and infromal social care. City has huge potential to reduce loneliness of the elderly, improve quality of their daily lives and thus address one of the most serious factors with far consequences.
