According to The organisational rules of the IESA SAS, the Board of Directors as a body of a public research institution supervises the Institute’s management, approves the organisation’s internal regulations and budget for the current year, participates in the preparation and implementation of the selection process for the position of director, announces and organises elections of the members of the Academic Board. The Board of Directors is chaired by the Institute’s director ex-officio.
